 Hey folks, 

I think I hit writer's block or something. I have a lot of unfinished drafts in my blog and can't seem to write about anything in particular. By the time I start writing about this, I go, yep, this does not matter and just chuck the blog. But this time it will be different, this time I shall write the whole thing, and I shall succeed!

Let's look at how 2025 is going for the world, so Trump has turned the whole global trade scene into a shit show, India almost went to war with Pakistan, Covid-19 cases started going up, a ship with toxic chemicals fell on the Arabian sea and will hit the coast of Kerala soon. Well, that is an excellent amount of bad news lol. 

Seems like 2025 has not just been bad for me, it has been bad for everyone out there, I mean god darn it my man, cut people some slack, like holy shit. Well, let's look at what's in the agenda for Doomsburg this blog. 

Everyone around me, including myself, has been going through an existential crisis (this is one difficult word to say out loud) my people in my circle have realised that AI will take over and we will all be out of jobs pretty quick, AI will be able to do things we can and at a much faster and better pace than we can. And India, being a service-based country, gets the majority (The share of the IT-BPM sector in the GDP of India is 7.4% in FY 2022) of its revenue by selling services and if AI will replace this we are all fundamentally fucked, but then again, adapting to survive is how human beings thrive so things should be ok. 

It also looks like making original content, original thinking are slowly phasing out to be the thing of the past. People are copying their identities from Pinterest mood boards, people are adopting Western capitalist identities, succumbing to looking rich rather than being rich. We have also started outsourcing thinking and problem-solving to ChatGPT and other LLMs now, which is fascinating, along with short-form vertical content. I think we are just shy of one big breakthrough away from having a generation of zombies roaming around. The drone community, I guess. Nice to see what Charlie Chaplin said all those years ago still being valid.

I still ponder on how everything ended up being this way, the generation also seems to be the loneliest generation out there, but except on Instagram, where everyone has found their one and is very deeply in love with each other. But I have decided to give up on that concept, it will forever be alien to me, it has been such a way in my life that it just doesn't work, I have decided to just leave it at that. Because, based on what I've been seeing around me, I don't think I want it to work either. Pretty scary world we live in right now. Kinda wish someone would take us back to the stone age, I think we are too far gone as people in this society.
